  I had met Yves in my Le Tip group and was impressed with his accommodating, good nature and dedication from day one. When I was ready to sell my empty nest home in Irvine and downsize I knew just the person to do it.
  
  Yves also lives by that ethical, caring character that so many Realtors only claim to possess. His dedication and work ethic is apparent in every case I've seen has gone above and beyond the call of duty, helping with the rigors of selling/moving: garage sales, staging the home, dropping goodwill items, he even came to help me touch up my baseboards! He helped me through a very trying escrow ( 2, in fact!) and was knowledgeable, caring and professional throughout.
  
  At a time when so many lesser agents have fallen by the wayside he maintains his business primarily through referrals and to me that says quite a lot!
  
  His team is multi-lingual and very accessible... I feel confident in recommending him and YBroker and have a couple time already to even more happy clients!
